Villa Francesca is a modern stylish villa located high on the banks of the spectacular Lake Bracciano, offering stunning views over the lake.
The Villa has been recently renovated and offers very high standards, for each season of the year. All of the floors are either hardwood or sandstone. This interior is about 250 sqm and divided over 3 floors.
The outdoor space measures about 10000 sqm made up of a well-tended flowering garden and furnished terraced areas where guests can enjoy the spectacular views and spend tranquil moments in nature. There is also a woodland of tall oak trees, with views over the countryside and the lake.
The villa has also a large private beach that can be reached easily in a short walk down to the lake where guests can swim in the pristine water of the lake, which is one of Italy’s cleanest lakes due to the prohibition of motorized boats.
Lago di Bracciano is located only about 35 Km distant from the historical centre of Rome and is ideally located for activities like sailing and horse-riding with related schools for both children and adults.
The villa has a very discret housekeeper onsite; so extra house services can be arranged on request (and would be charged seperately). Guests can also cook their own pizza or bread in the outside wood oven of the Villa.
The Villa offers place for up to 11 people and is available for rentals all the year.
The ground floor is divided as following:
- a living room with a central open fire;
- a fully equipped modern kitchen;
- one bedroom with single bed, with its bathroom with shower;
- the guest bathroom.
These rooms overlook a 300 sqm terrace with large glass doors blending the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a unique spacious environment.
The first floor is divided as following:
- 3 double bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes;
- 1 bedroom with queen- size bed, built in wardrobes;
- 3 bathroom with shower;
- 1 bathroom with bath tub;
The second floor comprises an additional 6th double bedroom with double bed, with private living room on the with its own bathroom with shower, a unique private space.
About the area
1.5 Km away you can find all services including a bar, grocery store, where you will find all kind of local meat and salumi, butcher, fish shop. A big Carrefour supermarket as well. The meat is biological and local.
Trevignano, a village 9/10 KMs away is where you can find many restaurants and eat lakeside. If you enjoy cycling in the nature you can go to Lago Martignano which is a small lake close by, it’s like a natural oasis.
- Bracciano castle is 10 Kms from the Villa Stigliano thermal baths with natural springs and Spa are close by. Take the train to Viterbo, an Etruscan city and visit the smaller Etruscan towns in the area, Nepi, Sutri and Cerveteri
You can also take a wine tour of the region.
