Villa Fedi is a beautiful traditional 5 bedroom villa rental in Lazio, Italy. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 persons. The villa is located near the Italian village of Trevinano, located right on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. One of Trevinano’s best features is the panoramic position which dominates the landscape of great beauty, apart from the medieval castle, churches and villages.

The ground floor of Villa Fedi has a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen and bathroom. Four of the bedrooms are on this floor, three double rooms - one with en suite bathroom with shower - , a single bedroom and another bathroom with shower to share. Each bedroom is equipped with a digital TV LED. The very well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, espresso machine and cappuccino maker, kettle, blender, microwave and toaster. For entertainment, there is a Dolby surround sound system, large LED SMART TV in the living room with Internet access, DVD player, MP3, USB port. On the first floor, accessible only from the outside, there is another double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower.

The exterior of the Villa features a private pool - 9 x 4,50 meters. Near the pool there is a Jacuzzi. There is a large garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, an organic vegetable garden and seasonal fruit for guests. Guests can also try fishing in the fish pond - fishing rods can be provided.

Some other features are a large table for outdoor dining, the large terrace in front of the house, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, wood stove and oven, wine cellar of fine wines and local wines (extra charge). There is an antitheft alarm system to the outside and the inside of the house with movement sensors. Furthermore there is a small laundry area outside equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and an outdoor parking space.
