Villa Viola is an old farm house, isolated in the midst of some 40 hectars of biologically cultivated land, located about 6 kilometres from the village Orte. It is an ideal place to spend a holiday that unites the absolute quietness and rest in a bucolic countryside with the possibility to visit the most beautiful towns and sights of central Italy.

The house was completely restored in 2006, while maintaining originality and charm. A big lawn with old olive trees, roses and an orchard surrounds the house and leads to a swimming pool with a pool house (bathroom and kitchenette) and pergola.

In total there are four double rooms with en suite bathrooms, dining/living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry room and powder room, covered car port.

The house is furnished with a mix of antiques and modern fittings. The walls are decorated with strong natural pigments creating a relaxing, airy atmosphere. Special care has been taken with the insulation of the roof, walls and windows.

Description:
The first floor has three double rooms - one with a queen bed and two with single beds that can be joined. All the bathrooms have a bathtub with giant shower heads. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor - single beds that can be joined - handicap facilities and a shower in the bathroom.

The big dining/living room has a fireplace, and a small satellite television. A second dining table and a small Bar-B-Q are located on the shaded portico outside the living room. The eat-in kitchen has a big table and is fully equipped: gas range, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, water heater, fridge with freezer.

The laundry room has a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Stone steps lead from the lawn outside the living room down to the swimming pool which is surrounded by a solarium with deck chairs and more grass. Behind the pool house there is an outdoor shower (cold water).
The villa and the surrounding fields, filled with hazelnuts, are fenced in and the area is ideal for jogging and walks.

It is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Italy not far from Rome.
